We are based in Turtuk, Nubra Valley, Ladakh, India. You can also visit us at Apricotvilla in Turtuk to experience our products firsthand.

2. Do you have a physical store?
We primarily operate online, but if you're in Turtuk, you can visit Apricotvilla to see and purchase products in person.

3. What kind of products do you offer?
We offer organic and hand-picked products from Turtuk, including apricots, roasted barley, Himalayan herbs, Balti culinary delights, and more.

 


Ordering & Payment

4. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website by adding products to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet Payments

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

7. How long does shipping take?
Since we operate from a remote village, deliveries may take 7-14 days depending on your location.

8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping, please contact us incase you face any trouble.

9. Can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you're in Turtuk, you can pick up your order from Apricotvilla Homestay.

 


Returns & Exchanges

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, if you face any issue, please reach out to us—we’d love to help!

11. What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you.
