We encourage bulk orders whenever possible! Since Turtuk is a remote village, consolidating orders helps streamline deliveries, conserve fuel, and optimize manpower. All resources first travel to Leh before reaching you, and bulk orders make this process more efficient and sustainable.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, if you face any issues with your purchase, we’re always here to help—just reach out to us!
You can pick up your order from Apricotvilla in Turtuk Village, Turtuk-Nubra, Ladakh. If you're in Turtuk and wish to experience a product firsthand before purchasing, we'd be happy to arrange it for you!
